The humimeter FSx is a high-performance whole-grain moisture meter for determining the moisture content of grains and specialty crops. Customers can also calibrate their own custom products.

The humimeter FSx is ideally suited for corn, rye, triticale, wheat, durum wheat, hulled spelt, spelt and emmer in the husk, barley, oats, rapeseed, pumpkin seeds, field peas, soybeans, runner beans, broad beans, sunflower seeds, hulled and unhulled green coffee, ground and whole roasted coffee, hulled, unhulled and brown rice, poppy seeds, sorghum, millet, hulled and unhulled buckwheat, alfalfa seeds, hemp seeds, camelina, legumes, beans, vetches, lupins, lentils, caraway, milk thistle, mustard seeds, and amaranth. Other varieties are available upon request!
The measured values can be saved via the integrated data logger on the device, supplemented with additional data, and retrieved later. You also have the option of using a “Hold” function. This freezes the measured values on the display of the grain moisture meter until the next button press.
In order to increase the measurement accuracy and reproducibility of the whole grain grain moisture tester, the measurement is carried out with hectoliter compensation. This is achieved by accurately weighing the sample amount. For this purpose, a scale and a measuring cup are supplied with the grain moisture meter. As a result, different bulk densities have no influence on the measurements. The entire humimeter grain moisture meter series has been calibrated and tested using the verifiable drying method EN-ISO 712.
At the same time, this grain moisture meter also measures the sample temperature, displays it and includes it in the moisture calculation. The temperature range is from 0 °C to 40 °C and can be displayed either in °C or °F.
The calibrated measuring range of our whole grain moisture meter humimeter FSx extends from 0% to 50% moisture content (depending on the variety).
As a further feature, the moisture meter has an integrated USB interface. This interface can be used to connect to a PC. With the included basic data acquisition and analysis software “LogMemorizer,” the values from the device can be read, edited, enriched with additional information, archived, exported, and further processed.

As an additional option for this grain moisture meter, we also offer a portable and handy thermal printer. Using this printer, stored data can be printed out on site without a PC. These printouts are also given to the supplier as receipts.
The humimeter FSx grain and special crop moisture meter has a reference characteristic curve and offers you the possibility of calibration.
The device is adjusted after calibration to the reference method.
