Description

The humimeter FS2 corn moisture meter is a non-destructive moisture meter with 300 gram sample volume and sample temperature measurement for agriculture, trade, food industry and feed industry. The humimeter FS2 Grain moisture meter is particularly suitable for wet corn and also for field use.
The measured values can be saved via the integrated data logger, provided with additional data and recalled later. You also have the option of using a hold function with this grain moisture meter. This allows measured values to be frozen on the display until the next button is pressed.

To increase the measuring accuracy and reproducibility, the measurement is hectoliter compensated by a precise weighing of the sample quantity. For that the grain moisture meter is delivered with a scale and measuring cup, which ensures that the bulk density does not affect the measuring result.

Simultaneously, the grain tester also measures the sample temperature and includes it in the calculation of the measuring result. The temperature range goes form 0°C to 40°C and can be set to °C or °F as required.

Our grain moisture meter humimeter FS2 has a calibrated measuring range of 5% to 40% water content (depending on the type).

Areas of Application:

To guarantee precise measuring values in the long run, after switching it on the FS2 grain tester will automatically calibrate itself. After that, the corresponding calibration curve for the sample to measure can be selected at the grain tester.
Subsequently, the measuring chamber of the grain tester is filled with the quantity of grain indicated in the manual. To determine the exact grain quantity our grain tester is delivered with a weighing scale and a measuring cup.

The water content can immediately be read off the large, well-lit display of the grain tester and saved, edited or printed out using the integrated data logger if required.

  • No sample preparation necessary
  • Non-destructive measuring method
